Installation & Usage Notes

Stainless steel T-type nuts are designed for groove sliding quick assembly, suitable for profile frame fastening scenarios. Before installation, clean the inner wall of the profile groove to remove dust and burrs to ensure smooth sliding and accurate positioning. Slide the nut into the designated groove position and adjust the position freely before tightening the bolt. Avoid excessive lateral force during installation to prevent nut jamming and structural deformation. Do not apply over-torque tightening to avoid thread sliding and tooth damage. Regular cleaning is recommended for long-term use in humid environments to maintain assembly accuracy.
