Single-End Hex Standoffs, also known as single-bore male-female hex spacers, are professional threaded isolation fasteners dedicated to electronic equipment gap support and fixed mounting. Featuring a standard hexagonal outer profile for easy tool locking and torque adjustment, this spacer adopts a classic single-end threaded structure: one end is external male thread for fixed locking installation, and the interior is fully through female thread for matching screw assembly. It accurately controls the assembly gap between PCBs, circuit boards, instrument panels and equipment shells, realizing stable isolation, support and fastening integration. Processed from high-rigidity metal materials, it features precise thread tolerance, strong anti-vibration performance and excellent corrosion resistance. It is the standard matching fastener for precision assembly of electronic cabinets, intelligent instruments, network chassis and industrial control equipment.

Material & Raw-Material Inspection
Solid metal bars are strictly inspected upon incoming receipt. Chemical composition verification and hardness sampling test are carried out for each batch. Surface inspection eliminates raw stock with cracks, scratches and inclusions. Material test certificates are retained for batch traceability. Impure raw materials are rejected to prevent thread galling, dimension deviation and insufficient mechanical strength during machining.
Quality Control & Production Flow
Production workflow: Solid bar cutting → hex shaping → male thread rolling → internal hole tapping → deburring → surface finishing → thread gauge inspection → dimension measurement → visual appearance inspection → packing.
Go-no-go thread gauges check both external and internal threads 100-percent-sampled. Plated carbon-steel versions undergo periodic salt-spray sampling test. Parts with burrs, incomplete threads or out-of-tolerance dimensions will be eliminated before delivery.
Failure Avoidance & Common Misuse Analysis
Do not apply excessive torque during installation, otherwise thread stripping or hex-body deformation may occur. Match with corresponding metric-size mating screws; mixing coarse-thread and fine-thread accessories will cause assembly failure. For high-salt-spray coastal environments, select 316 stainless-steel grade instead of carbon-steel plated variants. Avoid using for heavy-load structural bearing scenarios; this product is designed for spacing assembly of electronic equipment rather than heavy-duty load-bearing connection.
Order & Customization Description
Standard sizes are kept in stock for fast delivery. Non-standard length, special thread depth and special hex dimension OEM customization are supported. Material test reports and anti-corrosion test reports can be supplied upon request. Packaging options include inner plastic bags, export cartons and pallet packing for bulk orders. Sample supply is available for customer pre-project verification.
