1. Application scope distinction: This model is a standard lightweight American Hose Clamp, suitable for regular normal-pressure pipeline tightening. It is not recommended for use in ultra-high pressure, heavy-load explosion-proof industrial pipelines. For high-pressure conditions, a heavy-duty thickened strong throat clamp needs to be replaced to avoid deformation of the steel belt and detachment of the pipeline.

2. Installation operation guidelines: When locking, it is recommended to rotate the screw slowly and gradually tighten the force. Do not forcefully tighten it all at once to prevent deformation of the steel belt and damage to the pipe mouth. Ensure that the entire steel belt is evenly adhered to the outer wall of the pipeline.

3. Pipe diameter compatibility requirements: Select the corresponding specification throat clamp based on the actual outer diameter of the hose. Avoid forcibly opening and installing with a specification that is too small or with a specification that is too large, which may result in insufficient locking margin and loose fixation, affecting the sealing tightening effect.

4. Reuse instructions: If you find that the steel belt is deformed, the teeth pattern is worn, or the screw is stuck after multiple disassemblies, you need to replace the parts in time to prevent locking slipping and pipeline loosening and leakage problems caused by long-term use.

5. Environmental usage protection: The regular model is suitable for indoor and regular outdoor dry conditions. For long-term acid-base corrosion and high salt spray environments, it is recommended to choose the stainless steel version to reduce oxidation and rust, and extend the service life.

6. Seal auxiliary explanation: The throat clamp only serves as a tightening and fixation function. It cannot replace the pipeline sealing glue or sealing gasket. Pipeline leakage needs to be checked for the sealing performance of the pipe material interface. Do not simply rely on increasing the locking force of the throat clamp to stop the leakage.
