Structural Features & Manufacturing Technology

The Wanluo’s China Turnbuckle Hook turnbuckle is composed of two forged end hooks and a central adjusting body, adopting high-precision positive and negative thread matching design. The left and right threads rotate synchronously, enabling simultaneous stretching and contraction on both sides with high adjustment efficiency and uniform force. The integral forged hook body features high toughness and strong bearing capacity, effectively preventing opening and deformation under heavy tension. The thread surface is precisely rolled with smooth rotation, no jamming and no slipping during repeated adjustment. All metal parts undergo heat treatment reinforcement to enhance structural strength and tensile resistance. The surface is treated with electro galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing or stainless steel polishing to achieve excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance. Strict load testing and dimensional inspection ensure stable tensioning performance and long-term structural safety in various working environments.
